Groom vs groomsmen suits

Salute the Suit is back – join us to celebrate!

Weddings are amazing. Love, laughter, booze, (questionable) dancing… and we may be biased, but some seriously stylish suits. But too often, the spotlight shines mainly on the bride. That’s why we’re putting the guys front and centre with Salute the Suit.

Celebrated on 13th March 2026, #SaluteTheSuit is our big shout-out to the grooms, groomsmen, dads, brothers, and all the men making weddings unforgettable. It’s a day to celebrate the fun, the fashion, and the bromances. From sharp tailoring to personal touches and pre-ceremony nerves, these are the moments, memories, and mates that deserve their own well-earned standing ovation.

So, will you join us and Salute the Suit? 🫡

What Is Salute the Suit?

Think of this as your ultimate social media excuse to show off the men in their finest threads. We want jaw-dropping suits, big laughs, tear-jerking moments, and all the men’s memories that make every single wedding day unique.

We’re celebrating:

  • Bromances and friendships that make weddings feel epic
  • Style and suits – because let’s be honest, looking this good deserves attention
  • Emotion and vulnerability: aka, men feeling everything and not being afraid to show it

One day. One hashtag. And all the guys in the spotlight. What’s not to love?

Who can get involved in Salute the Suit?

It isn’t just for grooms (though of course we love you guys); it’s for everyone who makes a wedding the best day of someone’s life.

Grooms and groomsmen? Share your sharpest shots, dancefloor moves (go on, we dare you!) or snaps of you just hanging with the squad.

Family and friends? Use #SaluteTheSuit to celebrate the men you adore in style.

Suppliers? We want photographers, venues, florists and DJs to get sharing, too.

Whether it’s the quiet nerves before the ceremony or the all-out chaos after the speeches, every moment counts, and every man behind the magic deserves a moment in the spotlight.

It couldn’t be easier. Simply post your favourite images on 13th March using #SaluteTheSuit. Job’s a good’un.

Men’s mental health (and why it matters).

Here’s the serious bit. Weddings are a huge deal, and men often feel overlooked or “just along for the ride.” That can leave some feeling stressed, undervalued, or disconnected.

Some important facts:

  • 1 in 4 men experience a mental health problem each year.
  • Men are three times more likely to die by suicide than women, yet less likely to talk about emotions.
  • Weddings are an opportunity to acknowledge emotions, celebrate confidence, and support wellbeing.

This campaign isn’t just about looking good… it’s about feeling good. By putting men in the spotlight, celebrating their style, emotions, and friendships, we hope to create moments of connection and joy that strengthen mental wellbeing.

What we want to see from #SaluteTheSuit.

On 13th March, we want social feeds full of:

  • Grooms and groomsmen in seriously stylish suits
  • Fun, candid, hilarious moments
  • Men showing real emotions
  • Messages celebrating friendship, style, and the joy of partnership

Don’t forget to include the hashtag #SaluteTheSuit on every post you share. We’re aiming for 100 posts this year. Can we do it? We think so.

So, mark your calendars, dust off those suits, and join the movement. Whether you’re a groom, groomsman, supplier, or friend, #SaluteTheSuit is your chance to celebrate men in style, laughter, and emotion.

Let’s make it epic – for the suits, the joy, and the men who make weddings unforgettable.
